We are all affected by the credit crunch one way or another. You cannot avoid it. Therefore any way we can make a saving to our budget can be an important issue. If we can embrace any crafts brighten up those around us this can only be fun a bonus if you enter into the spirit of it.

What do we use containers for Well oh so many things for example we use them to put things in. Like what Pens crayons brushes sunglasses spoons scissors tools candles seeds artificial flowers are just a few items. You could also make waste paper bins or plant holders from cylinders or cans.

Now what can we use to make these items from Really I wouldn't say that you need much at all Here is what I personally suggest. First of all you will require a paintbrush a pencil you could use some craft paint if you already have it or emulsion in the colours you need for your design.

As for other items you will also need a metal prhymer a polyurethane varnish some tracing paper naturally gather up your tin cans or cylinders. Lets get cracking

Well what do we want with the lids We don't do we really So first step remove them any which way possible so that you do not leave any dangerous raw edges. These do need to have been filed down before you continue. We do not want any nasty accidents.

We move on now to reaching for the prhymer brushing a coat of this to the outside inside of the can. This is an important step so make sure you have covered the areas well do give this plenty of time to dry. Then you can think about your design for small or large cans.

We cannot continue until we have our design. As an example you could use bright patterns circles sunflowers stars cars,trees etc. It will entirely depend on what you want it for of course whom.

If you are not wanting to draw create your own design just look through a book or magazine find something. You can then take it to a photo copy shop obtain the size you need.

Now we want the drawing on the tins so trace this on plus any extra markings if you need them. At last we can paint with our craft paints. It is better to start by painting a main colour inside maybe as a background on the front. Later filling in your designs.

In some cases it can be quite nice to add a final border at the edges of the cans depending on your design chosen. This often can add a rather nice finishing touch to your handiwork

Once you are satisfied with your completed design let it dry before you apply varnish both inside out. This being a first coat however I would recommend when this has dried you add another coat.

Love handles are those horrid looking lumps of fat hanging off most adults sides at about the waist level. Why they are called 'love handles' is beyond me. There's no love there

The correct term for them is 'obliques' as they are at an angle to our bodies. The term oblique means slanting or at an angle.

The majority of advice in the fitness game will be garbage like eat healthily balanced diet exercise regularly that sort of thing.

We are well aware of all that advice but we need an easy way without any real work is it possible

Yes you could do it. You could eat as you are now but it will take an almost Herculean effort to manage it.

Your biggest problem is that while you exercise your love handles off with hard time in the gym. Today's junk food is travelling merrily to your waist.

If it's a big if you could stop with the all the bad food you wouldn't have to do nearly as much exercise to maintain a great body.

It's about compromise. How much do you really want to lose those love handles Is it enough to make a change to your lifestyle

Or will you choose to work much harder still enjoy all the junk foods you do now. That one is up to you.

A popular exercise for love handles is side bends. You may need to do a few hundred a day to maintain your love handles your current diet. Or only do a few dozen to keep the love handles flat if you make the lifestyle change.

As you will gather form above it's a fine balancing act. Junk food = more exercise while healthy food = less exercise.

As a lazy person myself I tend to eat as good as I possibly can so I can keep any exercise down to a minimum. I still exercise for my love handles but only to stop them re appearing.

In conclusion you will get pain if you have to do loads of exercise for your love handles. If you can change you eating habits you can manage with far less exercise.

Okay let's face it guys you would give your left arm to be able to impress your wife by learning how to dance Salsa.
