While other high school freshman were caught up in other affairs LeBron was fast at work in making the high school basketball team. His hard efforts paid off eventually as he made the team even was put on as a starter. This is uncommon for freshman to achieve but LeBron didn't fail to impress his first year.
Sophomore year of high school was even better for King James as he ended up obtaining the name "Mr. Basketball" among the state of Ohio after a state victory. LeBron's statistics continued to improve being bumped up to 25 points each game something on par with professional athletes in the NBA. Clearly on the road to success LeBron continued to stay out of trouble refining his game.
The junior senior year of LeBron were increasingly impressive. LeBron eventually grew so powerful in his favorite sport of basketball that he actually petitioned to join the NBA draft before completing high school. Although he was unsuccessful this caught the eye of many scouts teams promoters marketing executives all around the United States. In effect he had an almost guaranteed chance at getting into the NBA in due time.
The first year with the Cavaliers LeBron made a few milestones. Even in his first game LeBron James managed to obtain 25 points in total. He would go on to get the Rookie of the Year award having done it by being the youngest person to ever do so on the Cavaliers. James continued to do well as he was elected to the All Star Game where he also made an exceptional performance turned heads in the process.
It's good to note that James LeBron is still a young adult with his achievements has established himself as one of the biggest names in the past ten years of the NBA. LeBron's history only shows that he has managed to increase his abilities with each year so it will be exciting to see where LeBron takes the Cavaliers in the future should he choose to stay with them.
Final Thoughts
Basketball stars don't come as often as they should the fact that LeBron has come along has shown that the bar is set much higher for those to follow him. That doesn't mean he is near to being done as LeBron has at least 10 20 years before packing up his jersey.
