The children will need to be kept happy engaged as well as just safe this too can be a challenge for some people. Regular activities will need to be offered which can stretch the imagination. Involving all of the children in those activities can be even harder especially if some decide that they want to do something else. your home will need to be large enough to offer the space needed for the children to play potentially to nap to house all of the activities that you arrange.
If you're the type of person that easily loses their temper or if you can't keep calm composed when dealing with the children you will definitely struggle in this line of work. You have to be friendly with the kids but also be able to draw the line as to what will be accepted what will not be tolerated.
